How can i create/ join/sing up new member to my right side/position

Many people asked me , when i login in www.unaico.com to see my network tree , i can see the refferer member join by sitetalk, only in the left position, but to avail income in sitetalk u have to left -right member balance, but how can i create member in the right position/side. The process is very simple when you see that your left side is build up, or the left side member created by you can develop your downline, then you can change your position or you should refer new member in the right position/side. To create member in the right side login in unaico,then point out GENEOLOGY-NETWORK PLACEMENT SPONSHORSHIP, as default it was in the left . Change the position to the right, then click ENTER NETWORK PLACEMENT, thats ok, now you create/refer new member. the new member set position to the right. Thank you.
